Initial Consultation
We discuss your energy goals, any concerns you have about your home's energy consumption or its ability to retain heat, and which factors are your top priority. We want to understand how your home functions as a whole system and your specific needs so you can feel the value in the information we provide.
Home Assessment
Expect us in your home between 1.5 and 3 hours. We measure everything: walls, windows, doors, depth of attic insulation, etc. We verify mechanical systems, explore crawl spaces & use a variety of specialized equipment, including blower door tests, thermal imaging, and smoke machines, to evaluate your home.
Detailed Report
Comprehensive reports are returned to clients within a week. Each report will summarize findings specific to your home and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. We will outline potential savings and support you with accessing available rebates or incentive applications.
Implementation
Post-upgrade evaluations have a smaller fee and take less time to complete. Our primary task is to verify improvements and provide insight into their impact. We issue updated reports for various incentive programs, municipal requirements, and personal information purposes.
