Shawn Sales
Founder & Energy Advisor
Shawn Sales brings over 15 years of experience in sales management and a strong commitment to sustainability. Since transitioning to the energy efficiency sector in 2021, he has earned a Diploma in Sustainable Energy Technology, become a Registered Energy Advisor, and gained certification as a Residential Air System Design Technician. He is also expanding his expertise in large multi-unit residential building (MURB) performance evaluations.

Shawn’s technical skills span home energy evaluations, F280 heat-load calculations, duct design, and Net Zero solutions, with practical experience in solar PV, geo-exchange, wind energy, and HVAC systems. His diverse background in construction and retail supports a
solutions-focused, data-driven approach to every project.

He continues to train and mentor energy advisors, sharing his knowledge to ensure high-quality, reliable assessments for homeowners, builders, and communities.

Whether it’s optimizing existing homes, modelling new construction, or evaluating large multi-unit residential buildings, our goal is to simplify the complexity of energy compliance and retrofit planning.
